Step 1 — Fill the tank

Remove the water tank and fill with lukewarm water up to the 220ml line. Cold water can cause sensitivity, lukewarm is always best. Reattach the tank until it clicks firmly into place.

Step 2 — Choose your nozzle

Select the nozzle that fits your need and press it into the handle until it locks. If you're not sure which to use, start with the Classic nozzle

Step 3 — Set your pressure

Long press the power button to turn on. Short press to cycle through the pressure modes, start on the lowest setting if you're new to water flossing. Your gums will thank you for the gradual adjustment.

Step 4 — Floss

Lean over your sink, close your lips slightly around the nozzle tip to control splashing, and guide the stream along your gumline and between each tooth. Pause briefly at each gap. Work from the back teeth forward on both the upper and lower arches, the whole process takes about 60 seconds.

Step 5 — Clean & store

Empty any remaining water from the tank after every use, leaving water sitting in the tank causes buildup over time. Rinse the nozzle under warm water and store in a dry place. The unit powers off automatically when you're done.
