SmilePop Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SmilePop! This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. We'll do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date (not the order date) and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to select international destinations. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SmilePop is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away — we can only make changes before an order has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or stolen packages: SmilePop is not liable for packages the carrier's tracking confirms as delivered but that the customer did not receive. Please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us so we can help however we can.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes if your order hasn't already been processed for shipment.
