Calcium Carbonate — A naturally derived mineral that gently polishes teeth and helps remove surface stains

Sorbitol — A plant-based humectant that helps maintain the paste's smooth, moist texture
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose — A plant-derived thickener that gives the toothpaste its smooth, gel-like consistency
Mentha Piperita Leaf — Peppermint oil, providing a fresh, clean flavor and natural breath-freshening scent
Silica — A gentle mineral abrasive that safely polishes tooth surfaces without damaging enamel
Sodium lauryl sulfate: A soap used to create foam. It helps the toothpaste spread in your mouth.

Step 1 — Apply
Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. A little goes a long way — you don't need to cover the entire brush head.
Step 2 — Brush
Brush gently for a full 2 minutes using small circular motions, covering all surfaces — front, back, and along the gumline.
Step 3 — Spit, don't rinse
This is the most important step. Spit out the excess toothpaste but do not rinse your mouth with water straight away. Allowing the formula to remain on your teeth for 30 seconds after brushing dramatically increases the remineralization effect.
Step 4 — Repeat
Use morning and night for best results. Most customers notice visibly brighter, smoother-feeling teeth within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use.
